SHIPPING POLICY
Mack & Co Designs offer shipping options which include insurance for your peace of mind. We STRONGLY SUGGEST selecting the postage option that includes insurance for your order, not just for high priced items or breakables such as candles and photo frames. The insurance amount will be to the value of your order minus shipping/ insurance costs. By selecting any postage option that does not include insurance, you agree that Mack & Co Designs will be unable to assist in the event of loss or damage. All orders do include Signature on Delivery as standard practice.
Please be aware that any promotional FREE SHIPPING deals do not apply to orders outside of Australia and do not include some bulky items. The free shipping option is for standard/ regular post only and does not include any insurance.
Mack & Co Designs does not accept any responsibility or liability for lost, damaged, missing or stolen packages. Upon purchasing an item from the Mack & Co Designs website, you are agreeing to the terms and conditions and release Mack & Co Designs from any compensation for lost, damaged, missing or stolen items,
It is the responsibility of the customer to file a claim with Australia Post in the event of lost, damaged or stolen packages.
Please ensure all details including your delivery address is correct before submitting your order as no changes can be made once the order has been placed. Mack & Co Designs is not liable where information has been entered incorrectly by the customer.
All orders are shipped via Australia Post. Orders are usually processed within 3-4 business days (weekends not included), this timeframe does not apply to orders containing MTO (made to order) products which will have a minimum 5-7 business day turnaround. Please keep in mind that as we are on the road a fair bit, this can affect order processing times. If you require your order by a certain date, please contact us before completing checkout. Please note, that selecting the 'Express' postage option does not mean express processing on your order.
Mack & Co Designs cannot provide estimated arrival dates once your order has left Mack & Co HQ. Standard Australia Post shipping time frames apply once your order has been lodged by us at the post office. Please refer to Australia Post for information on shipping time frames. We are based in Regional Queensland so shipping times can take a little longer than in the city.
RETURNS & REFUNDS POLICY
Mack & Co Designs does not offer returns/ exchanges/ refunds on change of mind purchases.
We are unable to accept returns for jewellery due to hygiene reasons.
All purchases of sale items are final, no exchanges or refunds. This applies to the sale of items already marked down as well as orders where a discount code has been used.
Clothing must be returned within 7 days of receiving and must be in as-sold condition. Please contact us immediately upon receiving your parcel if you require a return. Any clothing that is returned must be in original packaging and have all labels/ tags still attached with no make-up marks/ stains etc. We cannot accept any garments that have been worn or washed. Please take care not to mark soles when trying on footwear.
Please take care when packing the item/s to be returned. Mack & Co Designs will not accept returns on any items that are not in saleable condition. All original tags and packaging must be intact - no exceptions! Should we receive a return that does not meet the above criteria, it will be the responsibility of the buyer to pay postage for the item to be returned to them. Please do the right thing and ensure the above criteria is met before sending an item back to us.
All return shipping fees are the responsibility of the customer.
If you are returning an item to be exchanged, please include a prepaid self-addressed Australia Post satchel. In the event an item is returned with no prepaid satchel included; you will be sent an invoice for outstanding postage costs and your items will not be sent until the outstanding postage costs have been paid.
In most cases we will not replace items that have become damaged due to misuse or general wear and tear. This includes markings on leather and hair fall/ loss on cowhide items.
We do offer a repair service for jewellery crafted by Mack & Co Designs depending on the item and the level of damage*. Costs may apply depending on the item. Please note: Mack & Co Designs is not responsible for postage fees on any items returned for repair.
